With one minute left in the game the fans that stayed faithful to our warriors… our soldiers … our Celtics, stood up and let out one collective show of support. For about four straight minutes the Garden faithful chanted “LETS GO CELTICS”. I would of given just about anything to have been there to be apart of that. I can’t even imagine how it felt to be one of the players on the court for those four minutes. The game was a statistical blow out but the fans could see the heart that was left out on the parquet floor that night. Bird would of been proud… Russell would of been proud… Red would of been proud. I am not mad in the slightest bit that we lost that game on Thursday night, they were better than us plain and simple. Lebron was better than us. But we have something that they don’t, its a little thing called pride. We leave it out there every night, 110% and nothing less. So folks what I say to you is this… Wherever you are, whoever you are with wear green on Saturday. It doesn’t even have to be a Celtics shirt. We need to let people know that we are not going down without a fight. As they say Saturday is going to be one hell of a bar fight but by God I can’t wait… LETS GO CELTICS!
